Early Spring: Light Layers and Pastel Mint

March 27, 2013

While warm temperature is noticeably absent in the last week of March, I have been relying on layers of varying thickness to keep me warm while allowing me to exploit full use of my spring wardrobe. Alone, each layer isn't enough to fend off the biting cold present at dawn and dusk but in groups of three they help me stay toasty through the coldest parts of the day.

One of my unfinished projects from last fall is bejeweling this Zara City Bag. I hope to resume search of the material necessary to realize my vision (I am particular about the stones I want to use) but in the meantime have been dressing the bag with my necklaces. I apply double side tape to the back of the necklace so it will stay in place when I access the contents of the bag.
