Sartorial Bucket List #8 : Corso Como Delicious Pump in Beige Patent

Edit: Cher of A Fashion Deliberation actually tried these pumps a while ago and I stumbled upon her post by accident and she got the exact same ones I got. She found the shoes to run a size big.

Nude pumps lend an otherwise shorter-legged woman the illusion of longer legs, and being petite I like all the help I can get. I have been on the hunt for a pair of nude pumps for some time now and think I've finally found it.

I had rather high hopes for these Corso Como Delicious pumps after seeing them on Vegesoup and reading reviews that raved about their comfort (I can't resist pumps that are comfortable...)

I am between a size 6.5 and a size 7 in shoes and have medium to wide feet. A few reviews remarked that they ran large so I ordered my smaller size. They are perfect for my feet (which leans wide) without tights so I would order your normal size if possible.

Nude pumps go with everything!

The box is a little banged up because UPS left the package in the snow and by the time I found it it was soaked.

How can you go wrong with this many layers built in?
I like the rounded tip, almond shape of the shoes.

And little details make me happy, like the shining stud at the bottom.
Has anyone tried Corso Como before?

  3. Great pumps! I love Corso Como shoes because they're comfy with padding that reminds of Colehaan's Nike Air Pockets, but it feels way more comfortable. My knee high boots are from Corso Como and I wear them all the time. Plus the little crystal on the bottom gives it an extra special boost since the shoes are hand-assembled.

  4. Congrats on finding your perfect pair of nude pumps! Can you show us a comparison picture sometime without wearing tights? My biggest problem is finding a pair that is the exact shade of my skintone.

  5. I've never heard of this brand! I've been looking for the perfect pair of nude pumps for a while now..on and off. I'm not sure whether I want a shiny patent pair, or a matte pair. Still exploring my options

  6. Like Jesse mentioned, I've never heard of this brand before! If they are comfortable pumps than I'm all game ... I walked in platforms for the first time in errr 4 months-ish and I almost begged Mr. B to give me a piggy back ride. I was wearing a dress so I didn't haha.
I don't think I've ever payed over $100 on a pair of shoes before! However, seriously considering these since I desperately need a pair and they are comfortable. O,O
